Payment Options
Cash on the day
You are welcome to pay cash to the delivery driver on the day. Please make sure you have the correct change, as the drivers do not carry change. A receipt can be emailed or posted to you within 2 business days.
Bank deposit or EFT Transfer
We can arrange for an invoice to be sent out and you can make a payment via EFT or bank deposit.
Credit Card Payments
Chocolush also accepts credit card as payment for your chocolate fountain hire. We only accept VISA and Mastercard, not AMEX. All credit card transactions incur a 2.5% credit card surcharge.
If you would like to pay via credit card, please call us with your card details. Credit card payment needs to be processed before your event and cannot be processed on the day. We can email you a receipt once we process your payment.
Cheques
Cheques are only accepted from businesses on the day. If you wish to pay via personal cheque you must send the cheque at least 5 business days prior to the delivery date. Personal cheques will not be accepted on the day. Cheques need to be made payable to Chocolush.
